What a website costs elsewhere, line by line

  1. Is there a yearly plan?

    No. Steed is one monthly price, $28 a month for each site.

  2. Do you take a cut of my sales?

    No. Steed takes 0% of your sales. Your customers pay your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own fees.

  3. What if I don't like what you build?

    Your plan and design are free, so you see them before you pay anything. Your first $28 month builds your first pass; if it isn't for you, cancel any time in your site's settings and you won't be billed again. The month you've paid isn't refunded, and credits you add stay yours to use.

  4. What if something comes out wrong?

    One redo of a step, or of an email Belle wrote, that came out wrong uses none of your credits. Anything we build incorrectly is fixed for free.

  5. When are credits taken?

    A build or an email takes its credits only when you approve it. Work you turn down takes none. A message to your team uses a little, usually under a credit, as it's sent.

  6. What about a second business?

    Your first business's consult, plan and design are on Steed. A business you start after that is its own $28 a month and runs on your credits from its first conversation; you add a pack only if you have none.

  7. Can I cancel?

    Any time, in your site's settings. Your site stays Live to the end of the month you paid for, and you won't be billed again.

  8. If I come back later?

    You come back at the monthly price with the credits you still have, and your site, plan and customers as you left them. There's no second day one.

  9. Is tax included?

    Prices are plus applicable tax where it applies.
